Starting the new year with renewed vigor, Dongguan IUIU Household Products Co., Ltd.. successfully held its 2025 Summary and 2026 Plan & Commendation Conference and 2026 New Year’s Banquet on February 28th! The event, themed around reviewing the past, looking to the future, the commendation conference, and the New Year’s Banquet, united efforts to jointly draw a new blueprint for the company’s development.
Summary of 2025 Plan and 2026
At 3:00 PM sharp, the 2025 Summary and 2026 Planning Conference began on time. The event was hosted by Ms. Yi Qinglan, Manager of the Human Resources Department, and attended by nearly one hundred people, including the Chairman, heads of various functional departments, and employee representatives, who witnessed this important moment of review and outlook.
At the meeting, the chairman expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all employees for their hard work over the past year. He pointed out that 2025 will be a challenging year. In terms of efficiency, it’s crucial to ensure on-time delivery and control yield rates, implement thorough cost accounting to make profits and losses transparent, and accelerate cash flow to guarantee business security. Small innovations can also bring in large orders. Continuous improvement in product processes is essential, and talent is key. Place the right people in the right positions, implement performance evaluations for all employees, promote the capable and demote the incompetent, and ensure managers are actively involved in on-site operations and respond quickly.
Finally, the chairman emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for the company’s survival, and we must maintain a sense of crisis and be prepared to fight tough battles.
