2024 in review, 2025 focus on process and we are determined to achieve our goals!

The afterglow of the Spring Festival holiday has not yet faded, but the journey of progress has already begun. At 3 pm on February 10th, the chairman of Youyou Meiju, along with more than 100 colleagues including senior and middle management, workshop directors, and team leaders, participated in the “Focusing on Process, Achieving Standards” 2024 Summary and 2025 Work Goals Theme Meeting.

Human Resources Manager Yi Qinglan, acting as the host, said, “Looking back on 2024, despite the challenging environment of increased industry competition due to the global economic downturn, the company achieved certain results in the global market. On behalf of the company, I would like to express my highest respect and heartfelt gratitude to every hardworking employee!” She then invited Chairman Liu Chengfa to the stage to deliver a speech.

Upon taking the stage, Chairman Liu stated that this year’s seating arrangement was slightly different from previous years. At the very front were the general managers of each department, leading their sales teams at the forefront, followed by the production workshops and public departments. Those at the front were the ones charging into battle, while those behind provided strong support; only through close collaboration could the company’s goals be achieved.

After presenting the data from each department, Chairman Liu pointed out that the performance was not as expected, which indicates that we have not done well enough in some aspects and need to further improve product quality. This is our goal and direction, as well as our shared responsibility.

Regarding our high-quality strategy, the high amount of customer complaint compensation last year and the high cost of controlling defective products within the company exposed significant loopholes in our quality management. The quality iceberg diagram further illustrates this, indicating that a large number of potential quality issues are hidden, requiring our in-depth investigation and resolution.

In the new year, we must clarify our goals, unite as one, and work together. The sales team must be at the forefront, meticulously handling every detail of the sales process, while other departments must provide support. We must improve product quality and enhance our innovation capabilities. Chairman Liu concluded his remarks with the saying, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way; where there’s no will, there are only difficulties.” The meeting concluded with enthusiastic applause.

Following the conclusion of the meeting, all employees proceeded to the Spring Banquet Restaurant for dinner, where the awards ceremony, hosted by the chairman, officially began.

The following awards, in no particular order: Annual Sales Champion, Annual Sales Progress Award, Annual Meritorious Team Award, Annual Outstanding Contribution Award, Annual Sales Achievement Award, Annual Profit Achievement Award, Annual Excellent Order Follow-up Award, and General Manager’s Office Special Nomination Award.

Next were the Production Capacity Champion Team, Energy Consumption Champion Team, Human Resource Efficiency Improvement Award, Excellent Safety Production Team, Excellent 6S Management Team, Excellent Improvement Proposal Team Award, Best Quality Control Award, and Safety Guardian Team Award.

Finally, the awards for model workers, skilled workers, improvement experts, outstanding managers, management innovators, quality and hygiene stars, and service stars were presented. Congratulations to all individuals and teams who received honors and bonuses!

The award-winning employees walked onto the stage one by one, their faces beaming with pride, while their colleagues below responded with enthusiastic applause and heartfelt blessings. These outstanding employee representatives, through their hard work and dedication, have made remarkable contributions to the company’s development and have become role models for everyone. In a relaxed and enjoyable banquet atmosphere, everyone savored delicious food while appreciating the shining moments of their colleagues on stage, filling the entire restaurant with warmth and joy.
